Meridian Plastic Surgery donated bras Wednesday to the Care Lodge Domestic Violence Shelter.
Representatives brought 84 new or gently used bras that were donated by patients and workers at Meridian Plastic Surgery.
The bras were laundered, sized, and individually bagged.
"Our thought was that these are women that probably leave with nothing, so it would be a good idea to give them just basic items that you don't think you will miss, but yes, you will miss them," said marketing director Amy Kamper. "So we hope it will be a great impact."
The bras will be given out as Christmas gifts. Others will be saved and given to clients when needed through the rest of the year.
