Wayne County, Miss. The suspect in a Wayne County murder case could soon find out if he will stand trial. The case for 24-year-old Grangie Cooper was set to be presented to a Wayne County grand jury last week.
Next Friday indictments from that session will be announced.
Cooper is charged in the death of 24-year-old Charlie Giles, who was found dead in March on a road near Shubuta.
Investigators say that the victim had been shot at least once in the head.
