Wesley House in Meridian is hosting a strategic planning process for the Lauderdale County Family Justice Center.
The event is open to the public. It began Monday evening with a reception at Wesley House.
Wesley House officials say the public's input is vital to it being a success.
"We need the community involved," said executive director Ginger Stevens. "And the more involved they are, the better the Family Justice Center is going to be. We depend on the support of the community. "
Two days of planning meetings will be held Tuesday and Wednesday, starting at 9 a.m., at Wesley House to discuss what the center will look like and what it will do.
