Lauderdale County, Miss. A local man has been arrested for the eighth time for refusing to register as a sex offender.
29-year-old Paul Andrew Selensky, III, was arrested Thursday by Lauderdale County sheriff's deputies.
He was convicted in Tuscaloosa County, Ala., of the molestation of a four-year-old girl, then moved to Lauderdale County, Miss., after his release.
Investigators say he has consistently failed to regularly register with the sheriff's department since then.
Selensky's bond is set at $10,000.
