Gary Tubby, 53, a member of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, entered a guilty plea Friday to sexual exploitation of children.
The case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Jackson, which says the crime happened on tribal lands.
Tubby will be sentenced Aug. 5, 2014. He faces a minimum prison sentence of 15 years, a maximum prison sentence of 30 years, and a maximum fine of $250,000.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
