The Mississippi Attorney General's Office says Neshoba County resident, Rosemary Stribling, 37, has been charged with exploiting a vulnerable person under her care.
According to the A.G., Stribling turned herself in to the Neshoba County Sheriff’s Office Monday following indictment by Neshoba County grand jury.
Stribling is accused of financially exploiting the victim by using the person's debit/credit card for her own profit or advantage, unbeknownst to the alleged victim. The defendant was in a paid caregiver role at the time.
The case is being investigated by the Attorney General’s Public Integrity Division/Vulnerable Adults Unit.
