"Youthquake" Hits Meridian

Around 300 youth gathered at Life Church of Meridian on Saturday night for "Youthquake".

The event dates back to 1994, but there hasn't been a Youthquake in Meridian since 2006. Speakers, singers, rappers, and even mimes took the stage. One group that presented even came all the way from Venezuela for the event.

Organizers say they hope to have at least two Youthquakes a year from now.
