Crowds of people showed up for their last and final chance to see the Sparkle and Twang Exhibit at the MSU Riley Center.
The exhibit opened on July 13th and has been open since.
According to Betty Lou Jones, the President of the Jimmie Rodgers Foundation, roughly 3,000 people have toured through exhibit.
"We are so excited about how many people who have visited. And the visitors have been local people. They've been tourist. They've been people who came from surrounding states because they heard about Sparkle and Twang. We're excited about the success of this event."
Sparkle and Twang will be headed back to Nashville. That's where it will be refurbished and put in storage for a while. This is being done so that it can come back out brand new.
