A grand jury will hear evidence in the case of a former bank vice president accused of molesting a young boy and possessing child pornography.
Claude A. Coleman waived a preliminary hearing Thursday before Jackson County Judge Larry Wilson.
Jackson County District Attorney Tony Lawrence said the case against the former vice president of Regions Bank in Pascagoula could be heard by the grand jury as early as this fall.
The 44-year-old Coleman was arrested July 27 at his south Gautier home, where Jackson County investigators seized his computer and other items.
Investigators say more charges are likely. Coleman is being held on $850,000 bond.
