The Mississippi Public Service Commission has denied certificates to 53 telecommunications companies.
Central District Public Service Commissioner Lynn Posey said it denies them the right to do business in the state.
Posey said the certificates were revoked due to their failure to provide the commission with their annual reports. The companies involved are listed below.
“Consumers who are contacted by any of these businesses should call my office at 601-961-5430,” said Posey. “This is just one more step the commission has taken to protect the consumer.”
