Authorities said Friday that five of the eight special needs residents at a personal care home in Kemper County have been moved.
The home on Highway 493 is being investigated by the Mississippi attorney general's office.
Three residents with special needs still remain at the site.
Officials say there is still a long list of upgrades that must be made at the house, where officials discovered locks on refrigerators.
