A few members of Meridian's Naval Air Station were treated to Christmas dinner Thursday at Aldersgate.
Not everyone from NAS has the chance to visit home during the holidays.
The employees of Aldersgate decided to bring Christmas early for those who stayed in the area.
Aldersgate employees say they usually host a Christmas dinner around this time of year and thought those at NAS deserved it.
" We contacted someone at NAS and asked them if it was possible for them to send some Navy guys and women and Marines here for us to feed a Christmas dinner, for those who may not be able to go home for Christmas this year," said Aldersgate's Lawona Broadfoot.
About 35 men and women attended the dinner, and visited with Aldersgate employees.
