WTOK and United Blood Services come together every year to hold a large blood drive in an effort to replenish the area's blood supply.
During the holidays, the blood supply typically goes down because there are fewer donations. However, the need for the blood can be higher because many people are traveling and out of work and school.
"Accidents do happen. Accidents, illnesses, diseases, it doesn't take a holiday. We need those donors to come out on a regular basis," said Heather Knight with U.B.S.
Knight says this was another successful drive at the Temple Theater.
