Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour will give his annual State of the State address Thursday. It was originally set for Tuesday.

Barbour will speak at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Capitol. The speech will be carried live on Mississippi Public Broadcasting.

Governors use the State of the State to lay out a legislative agenda, but Barbour says he already revealed most of his big proposals when he released his budget late last year.

How about some kind of intelligent response instead of stupidity? Address issues and positions like an adult. You may not like him but right now he is just doing his job, trying to balance a budget that the law says has to be balanced. Any time cuts are necessary people are going to get mad. If you have any brilliant ideas, lets hear them. By the way, my job may be on the chopping block, too.

Good Move Gov! With all the crap that will be spewed during your speech, you better make sure they have water for the commodes.
