Todd Phillips, his attorney Dwayne Deer and business manager Dawn Stinson were to be sentenced Friday in federal court in Jackson.

However, the McComb Enterprise-Journal reports that with the federal courthouse shut down during the city's ongoing water line repairs, the case had to be rescheduled.

Phillips and Deer have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud, and Stinson to misprision of a felony, or failing to report a felony to authorities.

Prosecutors say Deer and Phillips lied to lenders and title insurance companies in order to get loans for properties that being financed by another bank.
