Domino's Pizza on Poplar Springs Drive in Meridian is raising money for the family of a former employee.

Michael W. Street died in a single car accident Jan. 9. He had worked for Domino's for the past year and a half.

Domino's on PSD will be donating one dollar for every single item purchased this coming Monday to Street's family.

Owner, Darin LeCount said Street was a great employee and person.

"We all liked Mike. He worked hard for us, a delivery driver, delivered pizza for us. And we sure miss him," said LeCount.

Donations are also being collected for Street's family at this Domino's location. You may donate now through Monday, Jan. 18.

It is nice to see that the owner of Domino's has a great heart and will put some money into this very unlucky family. We don't get to see examples like this anymore, must big companies worry about their profits and not their community. Great Job Mr Lecount.
