Joshua Clark has been sentenced to life for the shaking death of his 4-month-old daughter.

The 26-year-old Nettleton man was found guilty of depraved heart murder and sentenced by Judge Thomas Gardner.

Gardner sentenced him to an additional 20 years for child abuse.

Clark was arrested in 2008 following the death of his daughter, Kylie Clark. An autopsy revealed her death to be the result of violent shaking.

I was married to Josh's uncle---so therefore I know this family personally!!! Josh did not kill his baby!! Just because he was the last one with the baby does not make him guilty!! Doctors said when baby was first taken to hospital--whatever happened could have happen up to at least 72 hours prior--Josh worked out of town---and had not been home all week--came home Friday--babysat on Saturday!! Thats when baby had to be taken to hospital---the mom was with her when the babysitter didn't have her!!! They have wrong person behind bars!!!!

FYI Amy and anyone else who believes this crock, Josh Clark is an innocent man. The babys cracked out mother is the one who killed her or it even couldv'd been her neice concidering she dropped Kiley who was a 7lb 4 month old premie. So before you go making judgements think about that!
