An overturned 18-wheeler slowed traffic Monday morning on Interstate 20 in Newton County.
Shortly before 6:30 a.m., the rig, which was heading east, flipped near the Hickory exit.
Officials say it was hauling more than just cabbage and strawberries. Authorities say 40 pounds of marijuana was also stowed inside.
The driver, Eugene Lawton, III, has been charged with possession of more than a kilo with intent to distribute.
Officials say the load was picked up in Arizona and was bound for New Jersey.
