One of two suspects in a tax fraud case in Kemper County has bonded out of jail.

35-year-old Don Darrell Price posted a bond of $10,000 Tuesday for identity theft and conspiracy to commit a crime charges that he is facing in DeKalb.

Initially the judge said there was a federal hold on price and that he would have to remain in jail.

The other suspect, 41-year-old Timothy Benjamin Taylor, remained in intensive care Wednesday at a Meridian hospital. Following his arrest, Taylor was admitted to the hospital for treatment of high blood pressure.
