Injured Neshoba Woman Released from Hospital

A woman injured in a shooting in Neshoba County last week has been released from the hospital.

Authorities say 60-year-old Nellie Woodward was shot multiple times by 27-year-old Christopher Smith, on her carport.

Smith is charged with aggravated assault in the case. He is in jail on $250,000 bond.

Investigators said they believe he had an accomplice, but don't have any suspects.

    Glad to see that this lady is doing better. Good thing that moron is a crappy shot. Aggravated assault is a joke of a charge when you ambush a person at there home and shoot them five or six or however many time he shot her it is attempted murder.
