Sen. Roger Wicker invites residents of east central Mississippi to participate in a telephone version of a town hall meeting Mar. 15.
He'll be answering questions from citizens in Attala, Winston, Noxubee, Leake, Neshoba, Kemper, Scott, Newton, Lauderdale, Jasper, Smith, and Clarke counties.
The range of subjects is expected to include health care, the economy, government spending, and national security.
“It is a priority of mine to listen to and receive feedback from people across Mississippi,” Wicker said. “This technology gives Mississippians the opportunity to talk with me from the comfort of their own homes."
The tele-town hall meeting will begin at 6:50 p.m. Monday and will last approximately one hour.
Individuals interested in participating may connect by dialing a toll-free number, 877-269-7289 and entering PIN number 13677.
All participants may listen to the call and specific instructions will be given to callers who wish to submit a question to Sen. Wicker.
