The man accused in a fatal shooting at Livingston High School has been indicted by a grand jury.
A Sumter County grand jury has indicted 32-year-old Telvin Gray for the shooting death of his estranged wife, Starrick Gray, who was a special education teacher at the school.
Gray was gunned down Jan. 25 just before the end of the school day, outside a building on campus.
Gray is charged with capital murder. His case could go to trial in May.
