More Charges Possible in Dog Rescue Case

The owner of a controversial animal sanctuary in east Mississippi could face more charges as early as next week.

Almost two weeks ago, more than 180 animals were confiscated from 56-year-old Virginia Robinson's home in Preston.

At the time of the seizure, Robinson was charged with disorderly conduct. She bonded out of jail.

Meanwhile, Kemper County Sheriff James Moore says Robinson is possibly facing a number of animal neglect charges after dogs and cats were discovered living in what officials called "deplorable" conditions.
