Aruba Conducting New Search in Holloway Case

Authorities in Aruba will search once again for missing Alabama teen Natalee Holloway, after an American couple took an underwater picture of what they believe might be her remains.

Prosecutors' office spokeswoman Ann Angela told The Associated Press that a police diving team will soon do preliminary work at the spot where officials believe the picture was taken.

She said it is too early to say whether the tip is more viable than the other numerous ones authorities have received.

Angela said the couple can't pinpoint the exact location, but a local resident believes he can find the spot.

A Pennsylvania couple who visited Aruba took the photo and turned it over to the FBI.

The search is one of many that authorities have launched to find Holloway's body since the Mountain Brook teen disappeared while on vacation in Aruba in 2005.

Holloway's father, Dave Holloway, is an insurance agent in Meridian.

Traveler...give me a break...at least crimes get SOLVED here in MS. And authorities try to help the family solve the crime instead of covering it up. I agree with Michelle...I as well will never be traveling to Aruba to either because of what happened.

Prayers for the family and possible closure in this long, heartbreaking ordeal. I don't feel the Aruban authorities have lifted one finger to help solve this case, and have instead bent over backward protecting that scumbag, Joran and his family. God bless Natalee's family.

Aruba is a beautiful place. I have traveled there alone and being a female never feared for my safety. The people are also very hospitable. Do not let this one sick indivdual ruin your perception of Aruba. You should move out of MS then, the law here is as corrupt as it gets. Peace to the Holloway family.
