KCSO Still Seeking Shooting Suspects

Kemper County officials say they are still searching for a pair of suspects in a murder there late last week.

Authorities have already arrested a juvenile in the Thursday shooting death of 37-year old Joseph McNeil. The juvenile's name was not released by Sheriff James Moore.

The shooting happened outside a home on Howard Johnson Road in Porterville.
Another man was injured.

Police say they are looking for two other suspects, but have not released their names.

This was a tragic case. I am related to both victims. I hope they find the other two suspects who was involved in this. One person lost their life and another one fighting for his life. I hope justice is serviced.

This is a tragic case and some people will do almost anything for money and drugs. There was a life taken and another life disabled and the young juvenile being held is a tragic case, his young life is over. It's easy to get in trouble but so hard to get out. Be unique young people and start being a leader and not a follower.
