The capital murder trial of Barry Love has been scheduled for August 16 in Grenada County Circuit Court.
Prosecutors say Love is charged with capital murder and two counts of aggravated assault. His trial in February was stopped when a potential juror's statement tainted the jury pool.
Love, of Kosciusko, is one of four men arrested during a 2008 robbery at Hill Brothers Logging Shop in Attala County.
Prosecutors say Jesse Earl Hill was found dead at the scene with a gunshot wound to the chest. Two other men in the shop were wounded.
One man has pleaded guilty to charges in the case. Two others are awaiting trial dates.
