Mann Acquitted of Murder Charge

A Newton County jury has cleared a local man of a murder charge.

The jury late Wednesday found Adolpho Mann not guilty in the death of Forest, Miss., teenager Corey Wells.

The 17-year old was shot and his body was dumped in the Conehatta community in 2004.

Mann was arrested two years later, after a long investigation by the Newton County Sheriff's Department.

"Boy", I do indeed hope that you are a little "boy" writing like you do...and for the record, I'm black too. And to the blogger that seems to be infatuated with me, get a grip. I commented as "Henry" from GA only once, and that was about the white teen who broke into a church to watch porn. This is only my second story commenting as "Henry" from GA. I comment on lots of stories, but I change my names and locations. So, chill out, dude. I seem to have such a profound effect on so many people. LOL

Hey Kirky Boy...First I'm far from an idiot..but you must be the law because I obviously pushed your buttons because you resorted to childish name calling......You are the one who needs to grow up.......Second, Ive walked the walk I was forced to by inept law enforcement so I have every right to speak from 1st hand knowledge...Who do you call when LAW ENFORCEMENT does you wrong...Huh? Ever hear of abuse of process? I don't whine and I would rather take my chances NOT calling law enforcement and see what happens.

Say what you like, I've tried to tell everyone Jackie K is a jerk & talks what he doesn't know. Gets reelected by his buds I guess or threatens people. Probably didn't like this guy & wanted him convicted.

Wow Henry I am amazed that you didnt have anything to say to this... in all other comments you were quick to jump to the conclusion "Its because he's black" but now that there is evidence that not everything is about color and blacks get a trial just like the whites do you have nothing more to say.

OMG, I'm flattered that you remember me and desire to hear my opinion on this story. Here's what I have to say: I am intelligent enough to know that not all black people are found guilty on all charges or in all cases. I also know that not all white people are found innocent or are acquitted. So, I don't know what it is that you think or anticipated my saying. I am an intelligent individual. I do "play the race card" when I deem it appropriate. I will not make statements to simply get reactions from bloggers like you. Again, thanks for the love. LOL

Hey Anonymous...until you have walked the walk and done the work....keep your idiot mouth shut. People like you are the first ones to whine and call for law enforcement officers when someone does you a wrong....Grow up.....its called due process and a fair trial. Karma always wins in the end!
