The boil water notice for the Bonita Lakes area of Meridian was lifted as of 10:17 a.m. Friday.
The notice was issued Wednesday after a 16-inch water line at Bonita Lakes was cut, disrupting water flow to customers in the area and resulting in a loss of water pressure.
As required by state law, the city's state-certified testing lab conducted necessary water quality tests once the line had been repaired.
The city says tests have confirmed that the water quality meets all standards and is safe for human consumption without boiling.
