Three Arrested in Philadelphia, One Sought

A family was jailed Wednesday after drug enforcement officers in Philadelphia made a drug bust. Three people were taken into custody.

An investigation lead to the arrest and confiscation of 4 pounds of marijuana, a pound and a half of crack and powder cocaine, and more then four-thousand dollars in cash.

"At this time, they arrested Mytra McDougal, Annie Lee Carter, Curtis Spivey, and also warrants have been issued for Deboski McDougal," said Police Chief Richard Sistrunk. "He is at this time not wanting to turn himself in so we have turned him into NCIC as a wanted person."

Bond has been set at $10,000 on Carter and Mytra McDougal.

Bond has not been set on Spivey, who was just released from the Mississippi Department of Corrections and was charged for violating terms of his release.
