Third Suspect Arrested in Scott County Rape Case

A third arrest has been made in a bizarre case in Scott County.

Darrian Wilson turned himself in to authorities late Wednesday night. He's charged with capital rape, kidnapping and extortion.

The charges are from a reported incident Apr. 14. A woman in her twenties was taken, along with her infant child, after a break-in at her home.

They were later released after the suspects demanded $500 ransom.

Bond has been denied for Wilson and the two other suspects, Damion Pace and
Devontae Hughes.

Sorry but you need to check your facts: There is not an equal amount of each race behind bars!

It sounds like all of this has really gotten out of hand, considering the fact that noone has really had a chance to tell what is really going on. This racial thing is absolutely rediculous, and it is not about the color of the skin, because there are egual amounts of black as there is white criminals behind prison doors. If you were forced to do something against your own will, how can you be the one to blame? The young man that was in this situation should be set free, and the other two who were heartless should be convicted otherwise. Do not make him suffer for something he had no control over!

WELL I THINK DAMION PACE SHOULD BE RELEASED IF HE WAS FORCED TO DO SOMETHING...THINK ABOUT IT IF SOMEONE HELD A GUN TO YOUR HEAD YOU WOULD DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU TO DO TOO...WHATS THE DIFFERENCE HE HELD A GUN TO HER HEAD AND SHE DID WHAT HE TOLD HER TO DO BECAUSE SHE WAS SCARED...MAYBE HE WAS SCARED ALSO!!!!!!!!!!!

He was probably afraid of what was going to happen to him when the victims family caught up with him. Even if they get life sentences, they got off light.
