The Key Brothers Diamond Anniversary Air Show will fill the skies Saturday and Sunday with flight and acrobatic wonders.
The show will feature numerous high flying acts on both days, all to honor Fred and Al Key and their historic, record-setting 27-day, non-stop flight, 75 years ago.
Crews spent Friday dodging sporadic rain at Key Field as they went through finals checks.
"We will have a series of about 15 acts throughout the day," said air boss Bo Pittman. "It will be everything from air fly-bys to the demonstrations. The gates will open at 8:30 and we ask that people bring cash. No coolers will be allowed but we should have plenty of vendors on hand. Eight or nine vendors with barbecue, to burgers, to subways, to a variety of things for people. "
Organizers say people of all ages can expect to enjoy the air show.
