The list of finalists in Meridian's search for a new school superintendent has been shortened by one.
One of the four remaining candidates has already accepted a position elsewhere.
The Meridian School Board will interview the three candidates in public settings at meridian high school auditorium.
The first will be Thursday, June 17, at 5:30 p.m.
Two more candidates will be interviewed Tuesday, June 22, at 5:30 and 7 p.m.
Officials say the names of the candidates will be released on the day of the interviews.
Members of the community are invited to attend the sessions, but will not have an opportunity to ask questions, address interviewers, or interviewees during the interview process.
However, the stakeholders are encouraged to complete a response/feedback form at the end of each interview session.
