Dozens turned out on Friday night to get a lesson in dancing from a reality TV star.
Abby Lee Miller from Lifetime's "Dance Moms" was on hand at the Pat Gray dance academy to teaching dancing to youngsters. The reality show follows Miller and her students and their parents through conflicts as they rehearse and prepare for dance competitions.
"I'm in town for a friend's wedding," Miller said. "So, I was able to kill two birds with one stone. I came here tonight to teach a master class to the senior level and junior level. And it's kind of like my legs and feet, tricks of the trade, what I look for when I'm judging."
Newscenter 11 will have more with Miller on Sunday evening on Newscenter 11 at 10:00.
