A ribbon cutting was held in downtown Philadelphia Friday for Penny's Natural Market. Officials called it a first-of-its-kind store in the town specializing in all natural foods and supplements.
Owner Penny Warren says her store was born out of personal health issues that had her turn to an all natural holistic lifestyle. She said she hopes to help others by making these products available locally.
"My hope is to serve the community, to offer the products that they are asking for," said owner Penny Warren. "Also to minister to them through education to provide the products that they need for their health and well-being."
Warren says that the store has gluten-free, sugar-free, all- natural products. She said if she doesn't have what you're looking for she will do her best to get it for you.
