For the second time in a 24 hours, a pizza worker has been robbed at gunpoint while trying to deliver pizza.
Meridian Police say the latest incident happened near the intersection of 24th Street and 28th Avenue around 6:20 on Friday evening.
A similar incident occurred at the Azalea Park apartments around 8:00 on Thursday night when a pizza worker was robbed while delivering pizza.
Police say the suspect in Friday night's robbed is described as a black male about 6 feet tall. Authorities say he was armed with a silver handgun and was wearing a camouflage mask.
