The Mississippi Development Authority will lead a delegation of state business leaders on a trade mission to Argentina and Chile.

The group will visit Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Santiago, Chile, from Aug. 13-17.

Rose Boxx, MDA's Latin America trade specialist, says the trip is designed to connect Mississippi companies to potential buyers in Argentina and Chile.

Boxx says the MDA will work with participants during the trip to help them understand and take advantage of the wide range of business opportunities available in the two markets.

The MDA led a trade mission to Israel in March.
