Biloxi police say a man who got out of a pickup truck on the U.S. Highway 90 service drive was hit by a car and killed.

Harrison County Coroner Gary Hargrove said 28-year-old Brian Grant of Meridian was a passenger Monday night in a crew truck for
a lawn care service.

Grant had gotten out of the passenger side of the truck to switch places with the driver when he was struck. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police are still investigating the case.
