Child Death Trial Set

Justin Clearman is set to stand trial April 2 for the death of two-year-old Landon Tanner.

The 26-year-old is accused of killing his girlfriend's son in September 2010.

The child's death resulted from an incident that happened at the house which the couple shared in Causeyville.

Clearman's family has contended that the child's death resulted from a fall.
