William Avery was convicted Wednesday on charges of selling cocaine, running from police, and probation violation.
The chase happened in March when police tried to stop Avery after a suspected drug deal.
Avery was sentenced to 100 years in prison, without probation, on the charges.
"William Avery is a repeat offender drug dealer," said assistant district attorney, Philip Weinberg. "He has two convictions now for sale of cocaine. He also has one for possession."
The chase went through north Meridian, highways 39 and 493, and eventually ended in the Blackwater community in southern Kemper County, where Avery was taken into custody.
