The case of a Meridian man accused in a fatal shooting this week is expected to go before a grand jury this summer.
Jeremy Powe is charged in the shooting death of 23-year-old Johnny Neely.
Powe, 22, is accused of gunning down Neely in a roadway near 23rd Street and 43rd Avenue around 10 a.m. Monday.
Since turning himself in, bond for Powe has been set at $250,000. His case is expected to presented to a grand jury in July.
