Funeral Arrangements Announced for Drowning Victim

Funeral arrangements have been set for a man who police say drowned in Meridian this past week.
The family of 42-year old Harold Wayne Merrell, Jr. says his funeral will be held Saturday, September 15th at 2:00 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church in the Shiloh Community.
Police say Merrell died after falling into the upper lake at Bonita Lakes on Thursday.
His family says he was involved in many singing groups in the community.
