Two lanes of traffic are now moving on highway 45 in Lauderdale.
Crews were on the scene and traffic was being diverted in both directions, as oil from an overturned tanker was cleaned up on Highway 45 near Lauderdale Thursday.
The driver was not seriously injured.
Lauderdale County Fire Coordinator Alan Dover says clean up crews could be on the scene into the early hours of Friday morning, removing oil that was leaking from the truck.
The tanker overturned about a mile south of Lauderdale. Traffic was diverted away from the clean up site.
Again, traffic is now moving in at least two lanes in the area.
