Local Man Charged with Sexual Battery

Joey Williams


Meridian police have charged a suspect with sexual battery.

19-year-old Joey Williams of Meridian was arrested Thursday.

Officials say the suspect and victim knew each other.

Williams' bond was set at $250,000.
