Meridian, Miss. Hundreds of people looking for jobs came to a joint job fair hosted by MSU Meridian and Meridian Community College.
Job seekers poured into the Kahlmus Auditorium looking to secure a new job.
Over 30 business came to the fair to take resumes and interview potential hires.
People could also apply and learn about programs at MCC and MSU Meridian.
Officials say these job fairs offer a great chance for people to seek employment from multiple businesses at the same time.
"We're always looking for new students and to help them obtain their education, but also we want to be able to help them find jobs in their area and also in the community," said Candy Adams, recruiting coordinator.
One business was even looking for over 100 jobs to fill at the fair.
