A Meridian woman is celebrating an incredible 107 years of life.

A big party was held today at the queen city nursing center for mary smith . . . Who recently turned 107 . . . Smith was born in indiana in 19-05. Smith is a bit hard of hearing . . . But otherwise in good health . . . She says her faith keeps her going.

"I've lived a long life, and a clean life," said Smith. "I've been a Christian since I was about 11 or 12. So I've lived a long Christian life."

Smith credits her long life to just taking care of herself over the years.
