Clarke County authorities say an Enterprise woman is safe after disappearing earlier on Thursday.
Sheriff Todd Kemp says 60-year old Helen Moss walked away from her house around 3:00 Thursday afternoon and could not be located. A number of investigators, as well as search dogs, were called in to look for Moss.
Thankfully, someone called authorities just after 6:00 to let them know that Moss is okay.
"We had a local reverend, preacher here in Enterprise, report to our dispatch center in Quitman that he had in fact carried this lady to a local hospital in Meridian," Kemp recalls. "And we're glad to report she is safe and sound."
Sheriff Kemp says it is always important to report any and all information that you might have on a case that investigators are working to solve.
