Mosley Faces Second Charge

A man who was charged last week in a Lauderdale County rape is now also charged in an assault reported in the city of Meridian.

Meridian police said Tuesday that Telly Syvollis Mosley, 37, is charged with aggravated domestic violence. His bond was set at $100,000.

Mosley was charged last week in a separate incident that happened in 2010. Officials say DNA evidence linked him to that crime.
