This week the case of William Earl Robinson, who is also known as Akil Hasheem Saeed, was continued. Earlier this year it was continued to allow the 45-year-old to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. Robinson is accused of gunning down his sister-in-law, 38-year-old Katrina Kennedy, last April at her house outside Newton. Investigators say the two had been arguing over timber on family land. Robinson's case is expected to go to trial in December.
