The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking information about a driver involved in a hit and run that injured a child Dec. 5.
A 3-year-old member of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw
Indians was hit while in the parking lot of the Philadelphia Game Stop.
The child is currently in critical condition at the University Medical Center in Jackson.
Her parents released a statement:
"We want to say thank you to all the people praying for our dear daughter and ask that you continue to send prayers her way. Our daughter being the fighter she has always been is right now fighting for her life. Her condition at this moment is not good. We, along with our extended family, have been by her side and will continue to be for as long as it takes. Again thank you to those who have kept her in their thoughts and prayers."
