Starting this weekend a series of events looking back on the Lockheed shootings of 2003 will start up.
For the last eight years, family members have organized Reconciliation Week.
Seven people died in that shooting at Lockheed Martin in Meridian, including the shooter, Doug Williams. Eight were injured as well.
Everything will get started Sunday at 3 PM with a reconciliation service at 31st Avenue Baptist Church, then free lemonade will be passed out at Dumont Plaza Monday by loved ones of Reverend Charlie Miller, who was one of the victims in the shooting.
On Thursday the Charlie Miller memorial luncheon will be held at Union Station, and Friday there is a motorcycle ride followed by a day of dialog on Saturday.
